This compact electric knife sharpener uses electric sharpening wheels made from bonded synthetic abrasive to sharpen one side of the blade at a time. The blade guides ensure precise and straight-edge sharpening.
MANUAL SHARPENER – The manual sharpening slot features crossed ceramic rods for cleaning rough edges and maintaining blade sharpness. We suggest using the ceramic slot for the final edge honing.
NON-DAMAGING – The wheels on the electric sharpener are made from a material that ensures longer wheel life, uniform cutting, and minimal heat build-up. This prevents damage or de-tempering of your blades. It’s also compact and easy to store in your kitchen.
